What we store in your browser and how to control it.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage (for example, to remember choices you make on our Site). Together we refer to these as “cookies” in this policy.
2. How we use cookies
SURPASSION Cigars uses cookies and local storage to run the Site securely, remember your choices (such as your cookie preference and age verification), and—only if you agree—to measure aggregate usage with Google Analytics. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
3. Cookie categories
Strictly necessary. Required for core Site functions (for example, security, load balancing, basic Next.js routing, and remembering your cookie consent choice). These do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive / UK PECR where they are strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested.
Functional. Remember settings that improve your experience (for example, UI preferences) where we implement them.
Analytics. Help us understand aggregate usage (for example, page views) via Google Analytics. These load only after you accept analytics in our cookie banner; if you choose “Essential only,” Google Analytics is never loaded.
Marketing. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and request your consent first.

If we ever add advertising or marketing pixels, we will update this table and request your consent before they load.
5. Managing cookies
- Use our cookie banner on the Site to accept or limit non-essential cookies.
- Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect Site functionality.
- Industry opt-out tools (for example, the Digital Advertising Alliance) where applicable in your region.
6. Do Not Track
There is no consistent industry standard for “Do Not Track” signals. We currently do not respond to DNT browser signals; we honor applicable legal requirements and the choices you make in our cookie banner.
